As an up-and-coming blender, you spend day and night sipping whisky—or rather, honing your craft—in order to bring the finest blended whisky to the market. You are constantly seeking a combination that is more delicious, more distinctive, more aromatic and, above all, perfectly balanced in flavour.
You cannot overlook the basic white oak cask spirit, which imparts a sweet aroma; the common oak cask spirit, with its distinctive astringency; and the Mizunara oak cask spirit, with its uniquely robust flavour.
