砂だらけの惑星アレナリス。見渡すかぎりの荒野にそびえるのは「ガラクタ鉱山」——昔の文明の遺産が埋まっているらしい。一攫千金を夢見る坑夫たちは、今日もせっせとガラクタの山を掘って貴重な資源集めに没頭。でも調子に乗って掘りすぎるとガラガラ落盤、あとは指をくわえて見てるだけ。欲張りすぎず、でもちょっとだけ欲張って——さあ、もうひと掘りする？

【ゲーム概要】

プレイヤーはガラクタ鉱山の坑夫となり、貴重な資源を掘り出します。共通の採掘場にカードを置きながら、どこに掘るか、どこで引き上げるかを探りましょう。先に「引き上げ」を宣言した者が、その採掘場のカードを根こそぎ持っていきます。他人が積んだ山を頂戴することもあれば、自分の取り分をかすめ取られることも。同じ色が重なれば落盤して脱落。それでも最後まで粘った勇敢な坑夫には、採掘ポイントの褒賞が待っています。

Scrap Mines

“Ready for one more dig?”

Arenalis is a sand-choked planet. Rising from the endless wasteland is the Scrap Mine—said to be filled with relics of an ancient civilization. Dreaming of striking it rich, miners work day after day, digging through heaps of junk in search of valuable resources. But get carried away and dig too deep, and the mine comes crashing down—leaving you with nothing to do but watch. Don’t be too greedy… but maybe just a little. So—ready for one more dig?

Game Overview

  • Players become miners at the Scrap Mines, digging up valuable resources.
  • Place cards into the shared mining sites, and feel out where to dig and when to cash out.
  • Whoever cashes out first walks away with every card from that site — scoop up the piles others have built, or watch your own get snatched away.
  • Match a color and it's a cave-in: you're out. But the bravest miners who hold out to the end earn digging points as their reward.
