We’re Head Quarter Games, a Japanese publisher creating deep, replayable strategy games. You may know our first title, Improvement of the POLIS, which was later published internationally by IELLO as Khôra: Rise of an Empire.
Come meet us at Game Market Autumn 2026!

Drops of Danube
No More Tomorrow
ELDER GARDEN
Some cards and components contain Japanese text. Please check the Language Notes under each game below.
【NEW】 Drops of Danube
Overview: Travel along the Danube, harvest grapes, and make and age wine to build the most successful winery in the region. Each turn, choose a pair of dice that determines both your movement and your action, balancing your next destination with the work you need to do.
Game Info: 2–4 players · 90–120 min · Competitive
Language notes: Only a few cards contain Japanese text. Most of the game can be played using the rulebook and iconography.
No More Tomorrow
Overview: A cooperative survival game that uses trick-taking to determine your actions. Explore, heal, gather supplies, and complete missions in a city overrun by zombies. Communication is restricted, so you’ll need to read your teammates’ intentions through the cards they play. The base game includes six scenarios. The After the Dawn expansion adds four more scenarios, new threats, and new challenges for your team.
Game Info: 1–4 players · 45–60 min per scenario · Cooperative
Language notes: Many cards contain Japanese text. Japanese reading ability is needed to fully play the game.
ELDER GARDEN
Overview: Lead a cult devoted to an ancient god. Gather followers, expand your influence, and perform rituals to bring about its return. Your cards provide actions—but they can also become sacrifices. Giving up a card may bring you closer to your goal while taking away an action you could have used later. We’ll also have an expansion and a mini expansion available, adding new cards, powers, and strategic possibilities.
Game Info: 1–4 players · 60–90 min · Competitive
Language notes: Many cards contain Japanese text. The rulebook explains many card effects, but Japanese reading ability is recommended.
