会場へ車両で搬入出を行うためには、事前のお申込みが必要となります。詳細につきましては『出展者の手引き』P4をご確認のうえ、9月30日（水）正午までにお申込みください。
※期間終了後のお申込み、ご相談につきましてはお受けできませんので、必ず期日までにお申込みください。
印刷所様からの直接搬入をされる方は、以下のお知らせをご確認のうえ、印刷所様から専用フォームよりに、搬入車両台数と共にお申込みいただきますようお伝えください。

提出は【8月18日（火）正午】までとなります。期日を過ぎてしまいますと掲載ができかねます。

10月17日（土）の会期終了後に会場内で「出展者懇親会」を開催いたします。最初は進行役のもとテーブルごとに交流していただき、その後は自由にお話しいただけるフリータイムを設けます。

出展者証につきましては、イベント当日に幕張メッセ2階中央エントランスの、展示ホール２入口付近でお渡しさせていただきます。ご不明な点がございましたら、ゲームマーケット事務局までご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

＜宅配搬入について＞
宅配便での搬入をする際には、お荷物に『荷物明細』の貼り付けが必要です。以下のデータを印刷してお荷物の上面に貼っていただきますようお願いいたします。詳細につきましては、『出展者の手引き』P5～6をご確認ください。なお宅配搬入されたお荷物の受取場所につきましては、以下のマップをご確認ください。

When shipping items via courier, you must attach a "Luggage Details Slip" to your boxes. Please print out the files below and attach them to the top surface of your packages.
